We got there round 3pm. When we got there Jeremy
was sitting there in the lounge area. We were so shocked but didn't wanna go
over cause he was talking so we a few minutes later we saw Steve walked by and
my friend went to talk to him and get his autograph and she mentioned to him
that we were waiting to buy tickets(we didn't go to the school ) but he
offered to put us on the guest list. He was sooo sweet. Then I went over and
said hi and I introduced myself and he said hi I'm Steve nice to meet you and
shoke my hand. Again he's sooo nice. So then we went over to Jeremy and Steve
introduced us to him. Then Steve left so we just hung out with Jeremy for
almost 3 hours just talking. There was so much said in this conversation and I
just can't write it all down right now. But he's a really sweet, down to earth
guy. While we were talking to him, Duncan and Mike walked over for a minute
but that's really all I saw of them. They had went to a guitar store and
actually walked back from it. Jeremy had told us Raine was still at the hotel
and we never saw him come in. Also, the guys from Greenwheel stopped by and
talked for a few minutes. Ryan from Grenwheel was actually sitting next to me
for a few minutes. Him and the rest of Greenwheel are really sweet guys. So
about 5:30 ish we went to stand in line. And Jeremy actually walked by twice I
think while we were standing inline. But it kind of sucked cause no one really
acknowledged him. About 7:15pm they starting letting everyone in. We were just
really anxious and wanted to make sure we were on the list. So we checked in
and we were and they actually gave us these After Show passes. Yeah we were
shocked. I had heard before Greenwheel went on that they sold 900 tickets but
only 700 people got in . Which really sucks but it was a small room and it was
really crowded. So Greenwheel went on and played bout 45 minutes. I had never
heard of them before but I was very impressed. They were awesome and Ryan had
a great voice and awesome stage presence. I really enjoyed it alot. Then bout
10-15 minutes later Our Lady Peace came on. They were superb. Jeremy had
actually told us they were gonna open with The Wonderful Future but they did
play it just later in the set. The crowd was actually pretty good . There was
a lot of crowdsurfing and pushing. Raine actually stopped someone from being
kicked out (crown surfing wasn't allowed) . He said put them I n the back just
don't kick them out. Raine is so cool. Afterwards, we were so confused what to
do with our passes so I went to get a Greenwheel shirt and then some guy told
us to go up in the dressing room area. We were really nervous cause we weren't
sure we were suppose to be there and the security guard didn't know anything
bout it so I don't think there was an actual after show or anything. But when
we got up there Jeremy just said they would be down. He was the first one down
. I just had him sign my pass.I totally forgot to get anything signed earlier.
Raine must have left right away cause Jeremy said he was in the bus already
cause he wasn't feeling well. Then we saw the Greenwheel guys again but I
didn't say anything so I vowed to talk to Ryan before he leaves. He finally
came down and I went up to him and said" I bought a shirt" and he said"you
want a shirt "and I said no I got one and told him they did a really good job
and he said cool thanks. An I was gonna ask him for a hug but I was way too
scared he'd say no or something so I chickened out cause someone told me
before how someone asked Raine for a hug and he said how bout a handshake but
I am definitely not chickening out next time. Then we basically had to go
cause they were closing up but we knew Jeremy and Steve were still up there so
we went to wait at the bus and it was sooooo cold. So finally they came down
and said hi and got in the bus although Steve said he was gonna put something
I n the bus then come back. Then the bus started pulling away but then it
stopped and Steve jumped out and said "Sorry cause he didn't have time cause
they were running late" but he was really sweet about it. Raine was the only
one I didn't get to meet. But it was still The.Best.Day.Ever
