My friends and I were the first to arrive for the show.  It was around 6 o'clock, and we just walked right into the building without knowing if we should or not.  As soon as I passed the auditorium were the concert would be performed, Steve walked right passed me and we made eye contact.  It did not sink in with me that it was actually him until a few moments later when he had already walked away.  We waited around in the building until about 7 o'clock when security made us wait outside in the freezing cold.  We waited in line for an hour, but at 8 o'clock when the doors finally opened, it was all worth it.

My friends and I got to stand in the front row, center stage.  We anxiously waited for the concert to start.  A little after 9 o'clock Theory of a Deadman came on.  I had never heard of them before, but their performance was awesome.  They played both new and old songs and got the crowd in motion.  After about 45 minutes they finished up, and everyone waited as the stage was cleared and reset for Our Lady Peace.

After about 30 minutes the lights went off and "Picture" started playing. It was full of energy and got the waiting crowd going again.  As soon as it was over they went right into “Is Anybody Home?”  This was followed up with “Innocent,” “Angels Losing Sleep,” and then “Where Are You?”

“Car Crash” was the next song, and Raine was very emotional while singing it.  This was followed by “Clumsy.”  After, Raine talked about all the war in the world and how all of the educated college students in the crowd could stop all the fighting and make our world better.  “Wipe That Smile Off Your Face” was next, and Raine added in “wipe that smile off those fucking politicians’ faces!” and towards the end “Mr. Cheney” and gave the crowd a salute.

“In Repair” was next, followed by “Boy,” with a “Life” outro, “Love and Trust,” a very energetic “Walking In Circles,” and “Will the Future Blame Us?”

The first set ended with “Superman’s Dead,” and the band left the stage.  Jeremy threw his sticks into the crowd, but they fell short and hit the security guards in front of the stage.  Some guitar picks went flying as well.

The encore began with “4 am,” which Raine played and the crowd sang.  A very energetic “Starseed” was next, followed by “Somewhere Out There,” and finally “Naveed.”

When the show was over, Raine gave the jacket he was wearing to a fan in the crowd, Jeremy again threw his sticks into the crowd (they made it this time), and more guitar picks came as well.

It was an awesome show with Our Lady Peace giving it their all.  As was mentioned in another review, someone yelled “This crowd sucks!” That person just happened to be standing behind me.  He and the people he was with were completely drunk and making fools of themselves.  However, it did not matter what they thought, because as was mentioned in the over review, Raine replied “This crowd does not suck!  This is a great crowd tonight!”  The only bad thing about him was that he got one of Jeremy’s sticks.
