Somewhere Out There (4:11)
Music and Lyrics by R. Maida
Published by Under Zenith Publishing
Produced by Bob Rock
Mixed by Randy Staub
String Arrangement by
Bob Buckley and Jamie Edwards
Mastered by George Marino
New Album June 2002
The lyrics are printed as follows,
Last time I talked to you
You were lonely and out of place
You were looking down on me
Lost out in space
We laid underneath the stars
Strung out and feeling brave
I watched the red orange glow
I watched you float away
Down here in the atmosphere
Garbage and city lights
You've gone to save your tired soul
You've gone to save our lives
I turned on the radio
To find you on satellite
I'm waiting for this sky to fall
I'm waiting for a sign
All we are
Is all so far
You're falling back to me
You're a star that I can see
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling out of reach
Defying gravity
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
Hope you remember me
When you're home sick and need a change
I miss your purple hair
I miss the way you taste
I know you'll come back someday
On a bed of nails I'll wait
I'm praying that you don't burn out
Or fade away
All we are
Is all so far
You're falling back to me
You're a star that I can see
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling out of reach
Defying gravity
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling back to me
You're a star that I can see
I know you're out there
You're falling out of reach
Defying gravity
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling back to me
You're a star that I can see
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling out of reach
Defying gravity
I know you're out there
Somewhere out there
You're falling back to me
I know
I know
You're falling out of reach
I know

who will download this song is positively going to purchase their CD, and you
already have the 89x version. Thanks to Chrisguy for setting this up for
everyone and sending us the link, it has some static, but is in stereo and once

Gallery. We thank Tom and Jen for all their effort and ideas, however due
to the recent loss of information, it would be too much to restore. This

photos to the section and they are now missing, or want to submit your photos with
the band now,
email us!

made from Jer on the Clumsy Congress.
March 15, 2002 (Evening)
Here we are, less than a day from our post announcing the new single, and it
has been aired already! 89x aired
the song at 5pm. Unfortunately we were not home to hear it ourselves, but
other fans are reporting to us via email, and on the CC that it is a great song
and a departure from their old music. Apparently Raine even keeps his
voice from reaching his normal high octaves throughout the entire song.
Thanks to Jeff and 123OLPGREAT (may be the same person?) for the news and the
following lyrics,
Somewhere Out There

Rumours are floating around the
Clumsy Congress that Edge102 announced

Thanks to Rob for forwarding us the news.
March 11, 2002
Fellow fan Cristina has asked us to help her make a plea to Much Music USA
regarding their recent format changes due to their change of ownership.
The format changes being made will eliminate such segments as
Much on Demand, Ed's Big Wham Bam, Go the Flow,
and Combat Zone. As you all know these segments are known to feature OLP
from time to time. And most importantly the new format plays only American
top 40, which may also reduce the exposure of OLP. If you would like to
make comments to Much on how you feel about this, drop an email here:
mmcomments@rainbow-media.com.
March 10, 2002
We are going to utilize our website to send out a message to someone.

What is happening to OLP's online communities??? Mailing List, Fan Club,
Street Team, all shutdown. Is
Clumsy Congress next on the
chopping block? The reason we ask this question, is that our good friend
Stace was just let go from Sony Music Canada. We wish her well, and know
with all her skills that she will easily find further employment. You all
know her from Clumsy Congress, the online contests, irc chat, and virtually
anything else that combines OLP with the web.
Who will now manage Sony's online contests, and run all the message boards?
Nobody knows?

Sorry about our downtime the last 2 weeks. Due to a recent hacker that invaded the company that hosts our website, we
lost our entire website. Full restoration is impossible, and what we
can restore will take some time. We only have old backups on our own pc,
the hosting service has no backup at all! So most info on this site
will be either old, or broken. We recommend staying away
from Readyhosting (not going to honour them with a link), as their participation
and support is non existent.
In regards to the future of ourladypeace.cc....we are not sure. We are
going to continue with a website in one form or another....exactly what, is
still being decided. Ideas anyone?
